In the citywide effort to support sustainability and healthy lifestyles, a number of restaurants are offering "lean and green" menus. We like to offer these options not only during the DNC, but all year round... healthy options abound here at Snooze (and decadent as well!): 3 Egg Omelet (Egg whites for a lower fat content, however the yolk truly provides the best nutrients and protein, as well as conscious calories) provided by Egglands' Best; Add an assortment of fresh vegetables to liven it up; We always offer a side of fresh fruit in replacement for our hash browns. Lastly, top it off with either some fresh corn tortillas made by local producer Raquelitas Tortillas or local producer Udi's Honey Wheat Bread (no butter) dressed with our homemade Colorado Plum Jam. Huevos Rancheros - Same great Raquelitas Corn Tortillas, house made vegetarian black beans, house made Colorado based ranchero sauce, poached Eggland's Best Eggs covered with our house made pico de gallo... Don't forget the granola split... A banana split by our homemade granola, organic yogurt, fresh seasonal berries & clover honey Snooze In Mural Form:
Let it be stated here and forever more, Snooze is simply proud of our state, our city, the role Denver is playing in shaping the future, and the incredible luck Snooze and our entire staff has to be a part of it. We choose to interpret this through the massive wall turned mural on the side of our building; the mural that cheered on the Rockies during their amazing World Series Run; the wall bringing Wonka Vision to our beloved patrons helping us celebrate two years in business; and now the wall depicting tremendous historical & current world leaders. Completely non-partisan, we aim to show a portrait of united friends sharing thoughts and hope over that most important of meals, breakfast.
Our friends depicted, from North to South: His Holiness the Dalai Lama; Mayor Hickenlooper; Thomas Jefferson; Barrack Obama; George Washington; John McCain; Hillary Clinton; John F. Kennedy. We only wish we had a larger wall...
